Study on Impact of Tuber indicum Mycorrhiza on the Growth of Tree Saplings

The influence of mycorrhiza upon the sapling height,basal diameter and biomass of three tree species,i.e.,Pinus yunnanensis,P.amandii and Castanea mollissima as host plants after having been inoculated with T.Indicum.The results showed that T.indicum mycorrhiza formed with these tree species saplings could promote the growth.The promotion effect was especially significant to the growth of basal diameter,significant to biomass,while insignificant to height growth of the saplings.It was showed that there was difference in growth promotion effect among the three tree species,and the dependence on T.indicum mycorrhiza among these tree species was also different.
