Study on Implementation of "Grain for Green" Program in Xinping County

The existing problems related to the implementation of "Grain for Green" Program in Xinping County,Yunnan Province were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations were put forward,including strengthening publicity,developing successive industries, setting up long-term sustainable development mechanism, promoting professional training, reinforcing the transfer of surplus labors and strengthening quality check,and etc..
