The Effects of Meteorological factor on the Productivity and Quality of Bambusa oldhamii Bamboo Shoot

  • Productivity and Quality of Bambusa Oldhamii Bamboo Shoot of 5 test plantations in Youxi, Gutian, Yongan country, Fujian province was analyzed to find out the correlation of meteorological factor and dynamic change of Bamboo Shoot production. The results showed that meteorological factor brought different effect for bamboo shoot′s productivity and quality in different samples. As a whole, temperature factor was more prominent, and then was evaporation capacity and sunshine duration. However, it showed a negative correlation between the quality of bamboo shoot and relative air humidity. At soil depth of about 20 cm, soil temperature had significant effect on bamboo shoot production time. In different geographic position, weather conditions was different, thus the growth of bamboo shoot was effected. Meanwhile, the effect usually was lagged, which may be an accumulative one.
