Effects of Different Treatments on Cellulase and Lignin Enzyme Activity in Bamboo Stump

  • Through promote corruption reagents, mechanical treatment, covering manner with the newly cutting bamboo stump, the results showed that in the degradation process filter paper enzyme, the cotton cellulose enzyme and CMC enzyme activity supreme values was 15424×103,36888×103, 5785×103U/kg, respectively, and minimum values was 5665×103, 7034×103,2876×103U/kg, respectively. Lignin peroxidase enzyme, laccase and manganese peroxidase enzyme activity supreme values was 013×103, 607×103,15907×103U/kg,respectively, and minimum values was 0001×103,0200×103,0760×103U/kg, respectively. In the degradation process of bamboo stump, the whole cellulase activity in order was cotton cellulose enzyme, filter paper enzyme and CMC enzyme activity; the lignin enzymes activity in order was manganese peroxidase, laccase and lignin peroxidase enzyme activity. While the different parts of bamboo stump of the cellulose activity and lignin enzyme activity were complex and changeable. Total CMC enzyme activity and total filter paper enzyme activity were significantly positive correlation. The influence of covering treatments on total lignin enzyme activity was largest.
