Study on Organophosphatesolubilizing Characteristics of Bacillus cereus CLY07

  • The characteristics of organophosphatesolubilizing by Bacillus cereus CLY07 isolating from the rhizosphere of Taxus chinensis var. mairei were studied and the modified NBRIP culture medium was used. Moreover, the effects of lecithin content in culture medium, carbon source, nitrogen source, carbon nitrogen ratio and environmental conditions (culture medium pH, temperature, liquid volume and salinity, etc.) on the phosphate solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus CLY07 were explored. The result was that the phosphate solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus CLY07 was better in the modified NBRIP culture medium than in the Mengjinna organic culture medium. The phosphate solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus CLY07 reached the peak when the culture was supplied with glucose as carbon source, ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source and 60/1 as the carbon nitrogen ratio. The optimal culture condition was the pH value of 70, the temperature of 30℃, without NaCl and 20mL fluid culture in 100mL conical flask. The study showed that compared with Mengjinna organic culture medium, the modified NBRIP culture medium was more suitable for the research of the phosphate solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus CLY07. In addition, cultivation environment affected the phosphate solubilizing capacity of Bacillus cereus CLY07.
