Abstract
A tract of 3 years old Eucalyptus urophylla × Egrandisin in Nanning Qipo Forest Farm was selected as research subject. To monitor the monthly variation of soil respiration rate and analyze the effects of different management and soil temperature on soil respiration rate, were measured from October 2013 to September 2014, by using Li8100 automated soil carbon flux system. The results showed that there were obvious seasonal variation of soil respiration rate of Eucalyptus sp. forest, displaying a doublepeak curve in October 2013 and June 2014. Soil respiration rate differed significantly under different management (P < 005), the soil respiration rate displaying an order of 2m × 3m planting density was higher than 4m × 3m planting density, 08kg/plant fertilizer application was higher than 06kg/plant, weeding was higher than not weeding. The soil respiration rate had significant exponential correlation related to soil temperature from October 2013 to September 2014 (P < 001), and soil temperature could be held responsible for 848% variation of soil respiration, the Q10 value was 1610.
