The Evalutation on Sustainable Utilization of Baihe Forest Land Resource

To promote the sustainable utilization of Baihe forest land resource, we took the woodland resource utilization status of 2003-2015 for dynamic analysis, and built sustainable utilization evaluation model. In this model, we used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of variables and evaluated the forest resources utilization sustainability of Baihe forest land under the combination of the relevant data in 2015. The results showed that Baihe forest land resource utilization status changed significantly and the greatest difference occurred in 2013 and 2015, and the main factors were economic development and social factors. The evaluation score of sustainable utilization of Baihe forest land resource was 0633 and it was the weak sustainability. Silvicultural technique and the related indicators of forestry production scores were significantly lower, forestry production affected by the cessation of deforestation significantly, but the related indicators of forestry production has no actual significance after stopping logging, it need to change or ignore.
