Abstract
We studied the Vitexin in flavonoids of bamboo leaves and measured the content with HPLC external standard method, simultaneously investigated the influences of extraction solvent ratio, solid to liquid ratio, and extraction time on the content of Vitexin in flavonoids of bamboo leaves. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: extraction solvent ratio was 70% ethanolwater, solidliquid ratio was 1∶20, extraction time was 20h. We established the standard curve equation m=4725 × 10-7A + 00425 (R2=0999), using Vitexin as external standard substance and purifying extract with Macroporous resin. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the Vitexin content in Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis Stapf ex Rendle was (101% ± 007%).
