The Relationship Between Spatial Characteristics of Plant Community and Visitor Perception

  • Taking 21 pieces of plant community in urban parks of Fuzhou as a study object, and floorage, coverage degree, enclosure degree and D/H of each sample were selected as the spatial characteristic of plant community. Obtain the perception results of 21 samples by SD method and on site measurement to obtain the spatial characteristic values. Then, explore the relationship between the spatial characteristics of plant community and the visitor perception with the correlation analysis. The results showed that the spatial characteristic associated with visitor perception, but different spatial characteristics had different influence in different perception of adjectives. The floorage only had influence in a couple adjectives, coverage degree, enclosure degree and D/H had influence in 4 couple of adjectives. From all the correlation relationship between amount of spatial characteristics and perception, the relationship between D/H and closedistant is the most relevant, D/H and interestingboring is the weakest. Making relativity analysis and regression analysis between the value of plant community spatial characteristic and perception, obtain the critical value of perception and the relationship between the value of perception and plant community spatial characteristic. These critical value and the relationship in the plant space will provide concrete data from the perspective of quantitative, makes the creation of plant space more accurate.
