Abstract
The organic induced agent called Polypeptide was applied in the seedling and plants of Honghuadajinyuan tobacco. By comparing with the diseases and biological characters of tobaccos treated with common treatments, the control efficacy of Polypeptideoduce for the tobacco diseases was investigated. The results showed that the seedling morbidity of the damping (Phythium aphanidermatum), phytophthora nicotianae (Phytophthora parasitica var), black root rot diseases (Fusarium solani f. sp. batatas) and damping off (Rhizoctonia solani) under the treatment of Polypeptideproduce was decreased averagely to 93%, 151% , 90% and 127%, compared with the control in early stage. Meanwhile, phytophthora nicotianae, black root rot diseases and damping off of mature seedling decreased averagely to 165%, 104% and 135%. Compared with the control, the control efficacy of phytophthora nicotianae, black root diseases, rust diseases (Bipolaris sacchari), climatic spot disease (Exserohilum turcicum) and anthrax (Colletotrichum gossypii) and powdery mildew (Castagne) were reached 750%, 759%, 433%, 422%, 450% and 470%, respectively. The biological characters of the treated seedlings and tobacco plants were improved, compared with the conventional processing. The lateral root dry weight of seedling, the stem height, the stem diameter, the stem dry weight and leaf area for one plant were improved obviously. Hence, the capacity of diseases resistance could be improved under the treatment of Polypeptideproduce.
