Light Response Curves of 5 Plants and Screening the Optimal Model

  • This research used the 'Timed Lamp' automatic program of Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system to measure the light response curves of 5 plants, and use different light response model, and to verify the credibility of the light response curve using this method, and screen the optimal model of better fitting. The results showed that the light response curves of several kinds of plants measured by this method have good stability, and can be used in the following experiments. The optimum model for light response curves of Prunus persica, Vigna unguiculata, Helianthus annuus, Zea mays is a rectangular hyperbolic model, while the optimal model for Ginkgo biloba is rectangular hyperbolic model.
