The Preparation of Enzymatic Hydrolysis Lignin/PVA Blended Fiber Membrane by Electrospining

  • In this paper, enzymatic hydrolysis lignin/PVA blended fiber membrane were prepared by electrospinning. The study focused on effects of solution properities(ratio, polymer molecular weight, concentration, viscosity, surface tension and conductivity), operational parameters(voltage, feed rate, spinneret-collector distance)and environment humidity on morphology and diameter of nanofibers. The results showed that with the increase of EHL/PVA ratio, nanofibers become smooth and uniform. In addition, both polymer molecular weight and environment humidity have a clear influence on fiber morphology and diameter. With the increase of polymer molecular weight, the fiber becomes smooth from bead structure, the average diameter increases gradually. With the increase of environment humidity, the fiber becomes bead from smooth structure, the average diameter decreases gradually. Both voltage and feed rate have a little effect on the diameter, whether they are too big or too small can cause bead fibers. With the increase of spinneret-collector distance, the fiber diameter decreases but bead structure appears.
