Dichotomanthes, A Newly Recorded Genus of Rosaceae from Guizhou, China

  • Dichotomanthes, a monotypic genus endemic to southwestern China, is placed in Rosaceae family, traditionally Maloideae subfamily. The genus has been considered to be endemic to Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces according to previous studies. Based on field investigations and literature researches, we confirm that the specimens of Dichotomanthes collected from Panzhou are the new record in Guizhou Province.
