Quality Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Ancient Ginkgo biloba in Tengchong

  • Taking the ancient Ginkgo biloba in Jiangdong village of Tengchong as the research object, the main traits and nutrients of 5 ancient G. biloba trees were randomly selected for comparative analysis. Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, appearance traits and main nutrients were evaluated. The results show that different ancient G. biloba trees have significant differences on nuts by fresh quality, longitudinal and transverse diameters, nuclear weight, width, length, and thickness, single kernel quality, and seed nucleus shape index. Among them, the variation coefficient of fresh quality is the biggest. In addition to 17 amino acids and 9 mineral elements, the nuts of ancient G. biloba tree are rich in protein, crude fiber, total sugar, total acid, total flavone, and vitamin C. The comprehensive quality of sample No. 4 shows to be the best by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
