Photosynthetic Fluorescence Characteristics of Dicranopteris dichotoma in 3 Communities in Qiandaohu Forest Farm

  • In the summer of 2017, the 3 habitats of the grassland, the single-quality community of Pinus massoniana and evergreen broad-leaved mixed forest community in the Laoshan Forest Farm of Qiandaohu National Forest Park were selected. The light response process and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the light-saturated curve of potted Dicranopteris dichotoma were determined. Microclimatic factors, physical and chemical properties of potted soil were measured. Growth and development characteristics of potted D. dichotoma in different habitats were analyzed. Results show that the order of variation of Pn of D. dichotoma under different habitat conditions was single-quality community of P. massoniana > irrigated grass > evergreen broad-leaved mixed forest community. The difference of fluorescence induction curves between P. massoniana and evergreen broad-leaved mixed forests is not significant, but significantly higher than that of the shrubs. Therefore, the photosynthetic physiological parameters of D. dichotoma under single-quality community of P. massoniana have significant advantages, and the suitable light intensity has become the main ecological factor limiting the photosynthesis response and fluorescence parameters of potted plants.
