Abstract
Seventeen samples of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were selected, and the contents of 6 heavy metals in the branches, leaves, peels and seeds of Z. bungeanum were determined by particle mass spectrometry. Results show that there are significant differences in the accumulation of 6 heavy metals in the branches, leaves, peels and seeds of pepper, and the contents of Pb, Cd, As, Cu and Cr in some organs are larger. The levels of soil Cd, As, Cr and Cu have a great influence on the content of the skin, and the levels of soil Pb and Hg have little effect on the content of the skin. The content of Cr in the leaves of Z. bungeanum leaves almost exceed the standard. The contents of Pb, Cg, Cd and Pb, Cd and Cr in the leaves of Z. bungeanum are partially exceeded. The leaves and peels of Z. bungeanum have obvious absorption and enrichment properties for Cd, Cu and Hg, and weak absorption capacity for As, Pb and Cr. Therefore, the reason for the excessive content of some heavy metals in the leaves and peels of Z. bungeanum may be related to its absorption and enrichment characteristics.
