Abstract
The effects of disinfection method, hormone types and concentrations, and fertilization types on the cutting twigs of Vaccinium dunalianum were studied by using a L9(3)4 orthogonal design method. The results showed that the rooting rate of No.7 treating with 0.5% KMnO4 containing 50 mg/L NAA and 0.1% urea of fertilizer was the highest, followed by No.1 which were treated with water containing 50 mg/L NAA and 0.1% Océ liquor fertilizer. The root number of No.1 was the largest, followed by No.2 treated with water containing 100 mg/L ABT1 and 0.1% urea as fertilizer. The root length of No.5 treated with 3% ethanol containing 200 mg/L ABT1 and 0.1% Océ liquor as fertilizer was the longest, and followed by No.1. The young shoot height of No.3 treated with water containing 200 mg/L ABT3 and water stead of fertilizer was the highest, followed by No.1. In conclusion, the best condition for twig cutting of V. dunalianum is No.1, treating with water containing 50 mg/L NAA and 0.1% Océ liquor as fertilizer.
