Apomictic Rate and Fruit Growth of Juglans regia in Yunnan

  • Taking Yangbipao, Niangqing, Yunxin 301 and Yunxin 303 as material. Apomictic rate and fruit growth of Juglans regia in Yunnan were determined by removing the bag and removing the stigma. The results showed that the apomictic rate of J. regia in Yunnan was 2.77%−44.89%. Among them, the apomictic rate of traditional Yunnan cultivars is higher than that of hybrids, which are 2.77%−44.89% and 3.79%−10.04% respectively. The non-fusion rate of the cut column head treatment is higher than that of the emasculated bag, which is 7.28%−44.89% and 2.77%−6.8%, respectively. The fruit growth treated by the cut stigma is basically the same as that of natural pollination, while the fruit treated by the tassel bag is relatively slow. There is a significant difference in the apomixis rate of different treatments. The fruit of apomictic development is later than natural pollination, and the growth of apomictic fruits with different treatments vary greatly.
