Abstract
In order to study the volatiles changes of walnut branches and leaves fed by Zeuzera coffene. The volatiles were collected with the dynamic headspace adsorption method, and analyzed with GC-MS. The results showed that 13 volatile compounds in 6 groups were detected in the healthy walnut branches, while 30 volatile compounds in 6 groups were detected in damaged walnut branches. Twenty five volatile compounds in 7 groups were found in the healthy walnut leaves, 29 volatile compounds in 7 groups were found in damaged walnut leaves. The increases of terpene were the highest among the volatiles in damaged walnut branches and leaves compared to those of healthy ones. The content of terpene of damaged branches was higher by 27.54% than that of the healthy branches, and higher by 20.21% than that of the healthy leaves.
