Abstract
By using one-year-old Cinnamomum camphora var. linaloolifera 195# cutting seedlings as materials, the effects of combined inoculation of Azotobacter chroococum, Bacillus magaterium, B. mucilaginosus and B. subtilis on the growth of C. camphora var. linaloolifera were studied using quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design with 4 factors(1/2 implementation). Results showed that the combinations of different microbial agents have different growth promoting effects on the heights and ground diameter of C. Camphora var. linaloolifera seedlings. Through the established regression equation of microbial agents and C. camphora var. linaloolifera seedling height and ground diameter, the maximum height and ground diameter of the seedlings can reach 45.42 cm and 6.59 mm respectively. The growth in seedling height of T9 and ground diameter of T12 were 41.08 cm and 4.83 mm, respectively. The results obtained in this study indicated for the promotion of different growth indicators of C. camphora var. linaloolifera, different combinations of microbial agents should be used to achieve the best promoting effect.
