Abstract
The single factor regression was adopted to observe the sprouting and growth dynamics of Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. sinensis with stumping of 0, 10 and 20 cm, and the spatial-temporal dynamic relationships between the content and ratio of endogenous hormones as well as the number and growth of sprouting were analyzed to investigate the response mechanism of sprouting ability to endogenous hormones in H. rhamnoides ssp. sinensis after stumping. The result indicated that the number and growth of sprouting were negatively correlated with the ABA content, while positively correlated with the contents of IAA, ZR, and GA3 and the ratios of IAA / ABA, ZR / ABA, GA3 / ABA, but the correlation of hormone ratio was significantly higher. It can be seen that ABA can inhibit the sprouting and growth, while IAA, ZR and GA3 can promote the growth of sprouting, but the regulation of IAA / ABA, ZR / ABA and GA3 / ABA ratio was more important.
