Isolation and Identification of 2 New 6−O−caffeoylglucosides from the Leaves of Vaccinium dunalianum

  • To further investigate the chemical constituent of leaves in Vaccinium dunalianum, 2 new 6−O−caffeoylglucosides, named dunalianosides K(1) and L(2) were isolated from the 80% aqueous methanol extract of the leaves of V. dunalianum, by using various column chromatographic methods including silica gel, Sephadex LH−20, Diaion HP20, and etc. Their structures were elucidated by extensive 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, COSY and HRMS spectroscopic analyses.
