Abstract
In this study, the inhibitory effect of the mixture of Pyraclostrobin and Phenamacril on 3 important plant fungal pathogens, Fusarium chlamydosporum, Phytophthora nicotianae and Rhizoctonia solani were evaluated by the Wadley method. The results showed that the mixture of 2 agents had no antagonistic effect on the 3 pathogens. The mixture inhibitory effect on F. chlamydosporum and P. nicotianae showed the same trend that except for the addition of 3∶1 ratio of Pyraclostrobin and Phenamacril, other ratios from 2∶1 to 1∶3 all showed synergistic effect, and the synergistic degree was positively correlated with the increase of Phenamacril ratio. For R. solani, excetp for the ratio of 3∶1 of pyrazolstroxide to Phenamacril, the mixture effect of the other ratios was synergistic, among which 2∶1 ratio was the most significant synergistic.
