Abstract
Isotope ratio mass spectrometer was adopted to determine δ13C, δ18O and δ2H values in different parts of the tree. The findings indicated that the δ13C values in wood different part were the smallest, followed by the δ18O value and the δ2H value. For the 3 tree species of Hevea brasiliensis, Cassia siamea and Bauhinia blakeana, C and O are ideal elements for stable isotopic traceability of wood origin.
