Abstract
Using LC-MS/MS method, the secondary metabolites in the rice fermented products of endophytic fungus Aspergillus versicolor isolated from Vaccinium dunalianum was analyzed. The results showed that a total of 2292 compounds were identified, including 348 terpenoids, 579 shikimic acid-phenylpropanoids, 177 polyketones, 318 alkaloids, 311 fatty acids, 297 amino acids/peptides, 108 carbohydrates and 154 other derivatives, with a relative content of 26.542%, 25.179%, 19.951%, 10.632%, 9.367%, 5.609%, 1.544% and 1.176%, respectively. There were 19 compounds with a relative content greater than 1%, with a total relative content of 57.958%. The results of this study provide a reference for further mining of the active molecules of A. versicolor.
