Changes in Expression Level of HSP 70 Protein of Paa yunnanensis in Lijiang under Thermal Acclimation

  • The expression of HSP70 protein in the liver, heart, encephalon and skin of Paa yunnanensis under the different heat acclimation temperature and varied time duration was tested by Western Blotting. The results showed that the expression of HSP70 in different organs of P. yunnanensis in Lijiang was associated with the temperature and the duration of thermal acclimation. There were differences in the expression level of HSP70 under 15℃,20℃,30℃ and 35℃ in different organs, indicating that thermal acclimation could affect the expression level of HSP70 in the living organism of P. yunnanensis.
