Analysis on Problems Related to Forest Tenure Mortgage in Jinggu County of Yunnan Province

To analyze the situation and problems related to forest tenure mortgage in Jinggu County, Yunnan Province, 197 forest farmers were sampled, and the data were dealt with SPSS 17.0 descriptive statistical method to analyze the situation of forest tenure mortgage, recognition and satisfaction of the forest farmers. It was pointed out that the existing problems related to forest tenure mortgage in Jinggu County included the low coverage rate, serious credit constraints, high transaction costs and the supply of mortgage did not match the demand of the farmers. The corresponding countermeasures as policy reform relevant to the financial institutions, forest farmers and improvement of the financial environment in the rural area were put forward.
