Study on Liquefaction Technology of Bamboo Powder in the Dolyethylene Glycol

  • The liquefaction technology of bamboo powder was studied by taking dolyethylene glycol 400 as the solvent. The results showed that the liquefaction rate could reach 98.3% when the liquidsolid ratio was 3∶1, the dosage of concentrated sulphuric acid was 6%, the bamboo powder was input gradually and the reaction took 2h at 150℃. Under the above condition, the hydroxyl value of the liquefied polyol ranged from 152mg KOH/g to 244mg KOH/g, which was suitable for the preparation of hemihorniness foam.
