Analysis on Species Diversity of Natural Communities of Caragana korshinski in Minqin County

The species diversity of the natural communities of Caragana korshinski in Minqin County, Gansu Province was studied based on the field survey. The results showed that the species diversity of the natural communities of C. korshinski in Minqin County was low, the community structure was simple with less species composition. The main species were small shrubs growing together with some annual or perennial herbaceous plants. The importance value of Caragana korshinski as dominant species of the community was much higher than that of the other accompanying species. Nitraria tangutorum and Nitraria sphaerocarpa were the major accompanying species of Caragana korshinski natural communities in Minqin. The spatial distribution pattern of Caragana korshinski communities and the main accompanying species communities was mainly the clustering distribution.
