Rational Use of the Plant Elements in Artificial Wetland Building—A Case Study of Yangzhong Horticultural Exposition Garden

Taking the exhibition park design for horticultural exposition in Yangzhong City as an example, the design methodology of integrating the artificial wetland building techniques with landscape planning and design was discussed. The ideas to rationally use the plant element for constructed wetland building, and to integrate the purification function with ecological function and landscaping purpose of the plant species were proposed. The specificity, diversity, ecology and recreational landscape features to be expressed by the wetland plants were summarized.
