Effect of Glass Fiber on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Shrub Scrimber

Abstract
The effects of glass fiber morphology, fiber pavement pattern and resin types on the physical and mechanical properties of shrub Scrimber were experimented through exploring the reinforcement effect of glass fiber on the shrub Scrimber. The results showed that the glass fiber had a reinforcing effect on mechanical properties of shrub Scrimber. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method was adopted to measure the dynamic mechanical properties of shrub Scimber. The reliability of the nondestructive testing methods to predict properties of the shrub Scrimber were verified with the regression analysis between the static mechanical and the dynamic properties.
