  • A new method to manufacture woodbased panel was come up with laccase as a kind of ecofriendly enzymes. In this study, according to the laccase mediator system, wood fibers were modified to manufacture medium density fiberboard.Based on the response surface methods, the best technological parameters were confirmed that was pH 50,50℃ of treatment temperature, 55min of treatment time, 40% volume fraction of wood fiber, 028mmol/L of ABTS concentration, 166mmol/L of vanillin concentration and 60U/mL of laccase activity.
