用矩阵法作平面连杆机构的运动分析

KINEMATIC ANALYSIS OF PLANE LINKAGES WITH MATRIX METHOD

  • 摘要: 平面机构的运动分析,现行的有图解法和解析法。图解法直观,但是精确度较差,而且当需要建立运动参数和主动构件位置间的函数关系时,它也是不便的。在机械向高速、精密方向发展的今天,研究解析法特别是探讨捷便的解析法是很有意义的。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the advantages of using matrix method and the course of derivation of its formulae.In accordance with the geometric relationship in kinematic diagrams,the constraint equations for the mechanism in matrix form is writter;solving this group of equations,the formulae for calculating the coordinates of the centers of the hinges may be obtained.The matrix equations about velocities and accelerations may be got from taking the derivative of the constraint equations to time.The solutions of these two groups of equations are the formulae for the velocities and accelerations of the centers of the moving hinges.
