论“尺寸跟踪法”在林机制造工艺方案选优上的应用

Application of the Dimension Tracing Method for selection of technological plan in forestry machinery manufacturing

  • 摘要: 在机械制造中,确定最佳的工艺方案(即工艺方案选优)具有十分重要的意义。它能在保证加工质量要求的前提下,取得最好的经济效果。

     

    Abstract: To direct against the problem of technological process design existing in forestry machinery manufactory at present,this paper discusses that compared with traditional Dimension Chain Method,the Dimension Tracing Method(DTM.) is more perfect in theory,and more scientific in practice.When used in technological process design,the DTM,will raise the efficiency and improve the quality.Taking the process of Type-195 Diesiel's crank shaft as an example,this paper father elucidates the outstanding advantage of the DTM.in selection of technological plan.
