苹果褐斑病菌的越冬特性

OVERWINTERING CHARACTERISTICS OF MARSSONINA CORONARIA (ELL. ET DAVIS) DAVIS

  • 摘要: 苹果是一种温带落叶性果树,在我国大部分省区均有栽培,云南省的栽培面积达140,000亩,年产量达25,000,000斤左右1,主要栽培品种是金帅,但该品种对苹果褐斑病极为感病,使苹果产量的提高受到了限制。在发病季节的调査表明:感染品种的株发病率达100%,受侵染的果树在8月份左右大部分的叶子落去,这不仅影响了果实内糖分的积累,而且由于提前落叶,在秋季二次抽梢,这些新梢当年不能木质化,易受冻害。

     

    Abstract: Apple leaf blotch is a serious disease in Kunming, and it h asexually induced by Marssonina coronaria. The sexual generation of the fungus is Diplocarport mali. After two years' observations on ovcrwinlcring characteristics of the it is found that, the fungus overwinters in diseased leaves in two forms, proloapothccium find hypha mass wilh ascogone in it. The former develops into matured apothccium when temperature rises next year and releases ascospores from May to July, The later becomes a special form of accrvulus and the ascogone without fertilization branched, and finally becomes two-cell conidiospore which is different in morphology from the conidiosporo fortneH in growth season.
