凸轮机构最小尺寸参数的确定

DETERMINATION OF THE SMALLEST GEOMETRIC PARAMETER OF THE CAM MECHANISMS

  • 摘要: 在各种机器中,特别是自动化机器中,为了实现各种复杂的运动要求,广泛地应用着凸轮机构。凸轮机构的设计,不仅要保证推杆能够实现预期的运动要求,而且还要求传动时动作灵活、受力情况良好、机构尺寸紧凑、而这些要求都和机构的尺寸参数(甚圆半径Q和偏距e)有关。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes how to determine the smallest geometric parameter of the cam mechanisms, the radius of the smallest prime circle and the offset by means of the optimization method. The application of the method is explained by setting the mechanisms of the roller cam follower of the offset rectilinear as an example.
