哀牢山土壤有机质的分布及其腐殖酸性质的研究

THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOIL ORGANIC MATTER AND STUDY OF HUMIC SUBSTANCES CHARACTERISTICS IN AILAO MOUNTAIN

  • 摘要: 本文是亚热带山地矿物质循环,植被演替与土壤肥力变化的初步研究。按照原生植被、次生植被、耕地的顺序,黄棕壤土壤有机质由14%左右下降至4%左右,红壤由7%左右下降到1%左右。土壤腐殖酸碳与非腐殖酸碳的比,原始植被下的土壤最低。同一土壤剖面中,原始植被与次生植被下的土壤其比值下层高于上层。而在耕地上,上下层之间无显著差异。元素分析结果,原始植被土壤中腐殖酸的C/H比值最低,同一土壤剖面中其比值下层高于上层。官能团分析结果,原始植被下的土壤腐殖酸有较高的酸度,羧基,酚羟基和羰基。黄棕壤富里酸的数均分子量是714,它的分布范围为198-1052。碳含量是44%(40.5-51.4%)。氢含量是4.88%(3.74-5.45%)。氮含量是2.2%。氧和硫含量是48.92%。E4/E6比值是6.84(4.16-8.56)。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes a preliminary study on the mineral cycling in a subtropical montane forest, the secondary vegetation succession and the change of soil fertility. Soil organic matter decreases from about 14% to.about 4% in yellow brown earth and from about 7% to about 1% in red earth, according to the order of natural vegetation, secondary vegetation and cultivated-s0il. The ratios of carbon of humic substances to carbon of nonhumic is the lowest in the soil of the natural vegetation, but it is higher in the under layer than surface. However, the ratios are nonsignificant in cultivated land in the same soil profile. Element analysis shows the C/H ratio of humie acid is the lowest in natural vegetation, but it is higher in the under layer than surface in the same soil profile. Functional group analytical results show that there are more acidity, carboxyl group, phenolic OH and C=O in natural vegetation. The number-average molecular weights(Mn) of fulvic acid of yellow brown earth is 714, and its distributional range is from 198-1052. Carbon content is 44% (40.5-51.4%). Hydrogen content is 4.88%(3.74-5.45%). Nitrogen content is 2.2%. Oxygen and sulfur content is 48.92%.E4/E6 ratio is 6.84(4.16-8.56).
