四川林业经济结构调整的探讨

A DISCUSSION ON THE REGULATION OF FORESTRY ECONOMIC STRUCTURE OF SICHUAN PROVINCE

  • 摘要: 本文分析了四川现行林业经济结构存在的主要问题,提出了对其调整的基本原则、指导思想和措施。文中对林业经营形式、买卖青山和森工转向经营等问题作了初步探讨。

     

    Abstract: An analysis on the main problems existing in the present forestry economic structure of Sichuan Province has been worked out and some of the measures of regulation upon the basic principles, guiding ideological aspects are proposed. Other problems concerning the forms of forest management, buying, selling hills for forestation and by forming systematic forest management instead of the former forest industry system are also discussed.
