DETERMINATION OF THE BEST PARAMETER OF THE TURN TRAPEZOIDAL MECHANISM OF THE TURN-OFF TYPE

  • 摘要: 本文较详细的阐述了确定汽车后置对称式双横拉杆转向梯形机构的梯形臂长度m、底角r、断开点c及c1位置的最优化方法。文中包括五方面内容:1.机构分析;2.设计变量;3.约束条件;4.目标函数;5.选择恰当的优化方法,最后举一实例说明这种方法的应用。

     

    Abstract: This article describles how to determine the trapezoidal arm's length m, bottom angle r and turn-off point c and c1 of the turn trapezoidal mechanism in dual transverse ties of the symmetrical installation for the afterdischarge of an automobile. There are five parts in this article. 1. Mechanism analysis; 2. Designvariable; 3. Restriction condition; 4. Objective function; 5. The selection of optimization method and the examples of calculation.
