数量分类在天然竹类植物群落划分中的应用

THE USE OF NUMERICAL TAXONOMY IN NATURAL BAMBOO COMMUNITY DIVISION

  • 摘要: 本文应用主分量排序、主分量聚类、距离系数聚类等不同数量分类方法,并采用最大距离法、最小距离法、中线法、重心法和类平均法等不同聚合策略,对取自滇南三个地点的天然黄竹林中的20块样地进行了划分。结果表明,主分量二维排序和类平均法距离聚类分类结果与传统植被分类法划分结果基本一致,具有一定的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: By using various numerical techniques such as principal components analysis(PCA) clustering, distance clustering, and adop ting different combinatorial strategies such as nearest-neighbour, furthest-neighbour, median, centroid and group-average etc., the authors have classified 20 sample plots of bamboo community in 3 areas of southern Yunnan, China. It is indicated that the result of PCA ordination in two-dimensional space and group-average distance clustering is identical with the traditional classification approaches.
