Abstract: The fundamentals, the process characteristics and the ranges of utilizing the new technology of electric brush plating are briefly introduced in this paper. By taking the utilization of electric-brush-plating technology in strengthening and repairing of "KG9" defibrator's(a kind of artifical board machinery) axle sleeve as an examble, this paper sets forth the design principles and main contentes of electric-brush-plating layers as well-as the electric brush plating processes and its economic benefits etc.
