灰色聚类方法在植物分类学中的应用——以石楠属为例

THE APPLICATION OF THE GREY CLUSTERING METHOD IN THE SYSTEMATIC BOTANY Taking Photinia as an example

  • 摘要: 本文根据灰色系统理论,选用区分毛叶石楠和小叶石楠及其变种的20个植物标本的各个鉴定性状资料,采用灰色聚类分析法,对毛叶石楠和小叶石楠及其变种进行了定量分类。结果表明,计算分类与比较形态分类结果相一致,而且该方法计算简便,实用性好,为植物分类提供了一种新的定量分类方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of the grey system, this paper selects the data of the appraising eharaeter of the 20 specimens for distinguishing P.villosa from P.parvifolia. By means of the method of the grey clustering analyses, the quantitative cluster is carried out for P.villosa, P.parvifolia and its variety. The result shows that the counting cluster and the morphological cluster show no difference, and the former one is easy to count and practise so that it provides a new method for systematic botany.
