内燃机配气机构从动系统参数的确定及分析

AN ANALYSIS FOR THE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL PARAMETER OF THE INTERNAL-COMBUSTION DRIVEN SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION-GAS SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 本文对内燃机配气机构的从动系统的最佳参数进行了分析。文中使用优化方法,在给定的从动件运动规律hT=fT(φ)下,使其柔性误差达到最小,计算出最佳弹簧刚度和从动系统的刚度、质量。这可为评价或改变从动系统的尺寸和形状,正确选择弹簧刚度提供定量上的依据。

     

    Abstract: Through some practical examples, this paper analysed the best parameter of the internal-combustion driven system of distributiongas system, In the specified law of motion hT=fT(φ) which led its soft error to the least number, the best spring rigidity, driven system rigidity and mass were calculated by using the method of optimization in the paper, As a result, the quantitative basis for evaluating or changing the size and shape of the driven system, and correctly choosing the spring rigidity can be provided.
