野香橼小果型毛叶枣云南栘(木衣)的营养价值研究

摘要: 文研究并分析了野香橼、小果型毛叶枣、云南移(木衣)的营养成分,给出了果实中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪,总糖、维生素C和微量元素(Fe、Cu、Zn等元素)的含量,在与一些常见水果进行了比较的基础上,提出加工利用的建议。

Abstract: A study and analysis have been made on the nutrient constituent of Citrus medica L. vat. elhrog Engl, Zizyphus mauritiana Lain, and Docynia delavayi (Franeh.) Schneid. by the authors, The data include measurements of rough proteins, rough fat, sugar content (i. e. sucrose, glucose and fructose), vitamin C, and trace elements of Zn, Cu, Fe, ere. Compared with the data of other corn,non fruits, suggestions in the utilizing and processing the three kinds of fruits arc also given in this paper.
