Abstract: A study and analysis have been made on the nutrient constituent of Citrus medica L. vat. elhrog Engl, Zizyphus mauritiana Lain, and Docynia delavayi (Franeh.) Schneid. by the authors, The data include measurements of rough proteins, rough fat, sugar content (i. e. sucrose, glucose and fructose), vitamin C, and trace elements of Zn, Cu, Fe, ere. Compared with the data of other corn,non fruits, suggestions in the utilizing and processing the three kinds of fruits arc also given in this paper.
