Abstract:
Afissula Kepur is a small genus of Epilachninae Epilachninae, established by A. P. Kapur in 1955. So far, 13 species have been recorded in the world. Except 2 species in Yunnan Province and 3 species in Sichuan Province, the rest 8 species are distributed in Xizang and the neighbouring countries of Himalayan region. From the distribution of 13 species of
Afissula, most of the species are found in Xizang, Nepal., Sikkim, Northern India and Northeastern Burma, which may be assumed as the centerregion of original place. Some species of the genus are widely dispersing southeastward to Yunnan Province and northeastward to Sichuan Province.
