发动机台架试验系统排气消声坑的设计和试验

The design and test of exhaust silencing duct for the auto engine bench system

  • 摘要: 本文论述了车用发动机试验台排气系统中的三节扩张式消声坑的设计和试验结果。文中给出了排气噪声必需的消声量频率特性及消声坑理论消声量实用的传递损失计算公式。试验表明,采用这种消声坑后,排气噪声的衰减量相当明显,使噪声对环境的污染得到了有效控制。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the design and performance of expanding silencing exhaust duct for the test bed of automotive engines are discussed. The frequency characteristics of sound attenuation and formula for the calculation of the transmission loss in the multi-stage expansion exhaust duct are given, The test result indicates that the exhaust noise is significantly attenuated and can be effectively controlled by using this Kind of silencing exhaust duct.
