微波辐射对云南松苗期变异的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF MICROWAVE RADIATION TREATMENT OF YUNNAN PINE SEEDLINGS

  • 摘要: 云南松是云南高原山地更新造林的先锋树种,在林业生产中占有重要的地位。用微波照射云南松种子后,测定了盆栽苗期的变异数据,对不同剂量微波源的处理进行了分析讨论。结果表明,适当剂量的微波辐射,可提高种子发芽率和有助于幼苗的生长。尤其对提高飞播或直播造林质量具有潜在的生产意义。

     

    Abstract: Yunnan pine(P.yunnanensis),as a good pioneer for forestation on Yun-nan plateau,is of great significance in forestry production of the province.The results of an experimental study on the effect of microwave radiation treatments on Yunnan pine seeds show that a suitable radiation dosage can increase the seed germination rate and promote the seedling growth thus improving the potential of forestation quality.Data collected from the above experiment on various radiation dosages are analized and discussed.
