Abstract: On the basis of the necessity proof and the feasibility analysis on joint management of forestry and papermaking,this paper approaches the form and content of the joint of management forestry and papermaking,elaborates the questions of the benefit distribution,the policy and management system,the th-ought and cognition,the scale and technology in forestry-papermaking union,and shows the joint management of forestry and papermaking industry from separation to combination is an essential way to forestry-papermaking prosperity in China.
