用回归估计方法调查思茅松毛虫幼虫密度

AN ESTIMATE OF THE DENSITY OF LARVAE OF DENDROLIMUS KIKUCHII MATS. ON KETELEERIA EVELYNIANA MAST. WITH REGRESSION ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 为对寄生于云南油杉上的思茅松毛虫(Dendrolims kikuchii Mats.)幼虫的平均每株虫数作出准确估计,同时又能降低抽样调查的难度和节省人力和时间,本文采用云南油杉最下一个主枝的幼虫数作为辅助因子x,用回归方法求算云南油杉的整株幼虫数,得最下一个主枝的平均虫数x与整株平均虫数y之间的回归方程为:y=-1.94+10.51xxy之间的相关系数为0.97。并经回归关系的显著性检验证明上述回归关系极显著,可用于指导实践。文中还给出了最适抽样单元数。

     

    Abstract: In order to correctly estimate the mean number of the larvae of Dendrolims kikuchii Mats.in per tree of Keteleeria evelyniana Mast.and at the same time reduce the difficulty,labour and time consumption in sampling,the number of the larvac in the lowest branch from the tree trunk is used as an auxiliary factor x to estimate the number of larvae in the whole tree.The regression relation between the mean number of larvae per branch x and the mean number of larvae per tree y is obtained as y=-1.94+10.51x.The correlation coefficient between x and y is r=0.97.F test shows very significant linear relationship between x and y.The optimum numbers of sampling unit are also given in this paper.
