利用紫茎泽兰栽培食用菌的研究

STUDIES ON EDIBLE FUNGI CULTURED BY USING PAMAKANI (EUPATORIUM ADENOPHORUM SPRENG)

  • 摘要: 紫茎泽兰是一种严重影响农、林、牧业发展的恶性杂草。本研究利用紫茎泽兰作为食用菌培养料,栽培出了平菇、凤尾菇、金针菇、木耳、猴头等七种食用菌,把有害的杂草变成了有益的资源,并能在一定的时空内有效地控制杂草,为综合治理紫茎泽兰开辟了一条特殊的途径。

     

    Abstract: This paper first reports that edible fungi are cultured by using pamakani, a kind of weed that is seriously harmful to animal husbandry, forestry and agriculture.It is a new and special method to control pamakani, the method can both control pamakani and change pamakani into a beneficial resource to culture edible fungi. Through the research for many years, the authors by using pamakani, have successfully cultured Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus saior-caja, Flammulina velutipes, Auricularia auriculo, Auricularia polytricha, Hericium erinaceus and other edible fungi.The safety test has shown that the edible fungi cultured by using pamakani are safe and without any side-effect to human being, and the nutrition analysis has also shown that edible fungi cultured by pamakani contain rich aminoacids, proteins and other nurtures which are similar to edible fungi in nature.
